Ama\u00e7, wtp&#8217;nin performans\u0131n\u0131, verimlili\u011fini, g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini ve ham su tedarikinde ya\u015fanan mevsimsel y\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fiklikleriyle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kma yetene\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131rken, tesis hizmet etemi \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck etkiye sahip d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli se\u00e7enekleri vurgulamakt\u0131.<\/i><\/p>\n<h4>\u00d6RNEK OLAY INCELEMESI: KLPP SU AR\u0131TMA TESISININ MODERNIZASYONU<\/h4>\n<p>KLPP 1996 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri, kombine \u00e7evrim gaz t\u00fcrbini kullanarak faaliyettedir ve santral \u015fu anda \u015febekeye 675 MW elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesi katk\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Santralin Elektrik Sat\u0131n Alma Anla\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re \u015febekeye elektrik tedarik edebilme yetene\u011fi, so\u011futma amac\u0131yla g\u00fcvenilir bir temiz su temini de dahil olmak \u00fczere bir dizi fakt\u00f6re ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>KLPP, g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ortalama 20.000 metrek\u00fcp ar\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f su \u00e7ekiyor. Tesisin optimum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve \u00f6mr\u00fc i\u00e7in, suyun organik veya inorganik madde i\u00e7eri\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca temiz olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>WTP \u00f6nemli iyile\u015ftirmeler i\u00e7in potansiyel olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ham su a\u00e7\u0131klama, ortam filtrasyonu \u00f6nce<\/li>\n<li>Polimer dosing program\u0131n\u0131n optimizasyonu<\/li>\n<li>H\u0131zl\u0131 kum filtrelerinde ortam\u0131n DMI-65 olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>DMI-65\u00ae filtrasyon ortam\u0131 kullan\u0131larak su ar\u0131tma tesisinin optimum kalitei\u00e7in y\u00fckseltilmesi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A\u00e7\u0131klama ve polimer optimizasyonu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu ham su y\u00fcksek bulan\u0131kl\u0131k ve ask\u0131ya kat\u0131 seviyeleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde WTP girmeden \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131klama ile azalt\u0131labilir tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Bir \u00f6n a\u00e7\u0131klama a\u015famas\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde mevcut bitki \u00fczerindeki y\u00fck\u00fc azaltacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>1ML\/saat i\u015flemek i\u00e7in geleneksel bir a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k ve upstream polimer dosing sistemi 1 milyon abd dolar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde mal olacak ve y\u00fcklemek i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir arazi alan\u0131 kadar alacak gibi pratik de\u011fildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutma s\u00fcresi ile, sistem bu t\u00fcr de \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek kimyasal kullan\u0131m gerektirir. Filtrelerdeki kum hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmemi\u015fti ve \u00e7ok sert paketlenmi\u015f ve de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi gereken bir kumdu. Filtre su yla doldu\u011fu i\u00e7in gelen suyun s\u0131zma oran\u0131 \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Suyun \u00e7o\u011fu kumun \u00fcst\u00fcnden ve \u00fcst\u00fcnden ak\u0131yordu. Baz\u0131 memeler serbest kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve filtre zeminlerinde hasar meydana geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ek beton filtreler i\u00e7in de muayene ve onar\u0131m lar gerekliydi.<\/p>\n<p>DMI-65\u00ae eklenmesi ve filtrasyon nozullar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi sadece ortam filtrelerinden gelen suyun kalitesini de\u011fil, filtrelerden gelen su miktar\u0131n\u0131 da art\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<p>WTP art\u0131k d\u00f6rt h\u0131zl\u0131 kum filtresinden yaln\u0131zca \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc kullanarak mevcut kapasitesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rAbiliyor ve \u00fc\u00e7 &#8216;hizmet i\u00e7i&#8217; filtrenin tamamen i\u015flevsel olmas\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, her filtrenin yenilenmesi, devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve yeniden hizmete sal\u0131nmas\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k alt\u0131 hafta s\u00fcrerken, d\u00f6rt medya filtresi \u00fczerinde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut kum ortam\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fc durumu ve ortam filtrelerine eri\u015fimdeki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck nedeniyle, eski ortam el ile kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Filtrenin duvarlar\u0131, zemini ve boru i\u015fleri, filtre boyunca birikmi\u015f kirlenmenin bir\u00e7ok katman\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7la temizlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Filtreler iyice temizlendikten sonra, eski filtre memeleri kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Nozullar kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, filtre taban\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki ak\u0131\u015f bo\u015flu\u011fundaki kumlar\u0131 temizlemek amac\u0131yla filtreden suyu doldurma ve bo\u015faltma birka\u00e7 d\u00f6ng\u00fc tekrarland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kum birikme tespit edildi (filtre memeleri \u00fcfleme nedeniyle), y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7 hortumu kum k\u0131rmak ve k\u0131zarma izin vermek i\u00e7in meme \u00e7apa yoluyla yerle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcst\u00fcn filtre performans\u0131 sa\u011flama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrecin ba\u015flar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan filtre zeminlerinin incelenmesi, yenileme ve \u00f6nleyici bak\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Filtre nozullar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcflendi\u011fi ve hasar g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc filtre zeminindeki onar\u0131mlar yeniden derz dolgusu gerektirdi ve t\u00fcm nozul \u00e7apalar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm filtre nozul \u00e7apalar\u0131 hem ipli\u011fi temizlemek hem de \u00e7evredeki betonun durumunu de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015far\u0131 dokundu. Yar\u0131m in\u00e7 BSP c\u0131vatalar, yeniden derz dolguve epoksi zemin kaplama i\u015flemleri boyunca temiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olmak i\u00e7in meme \u00e7apas\u0131na vidaland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130yile\u015ftirici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011fu alanlarda \u00e7apalar de\u011fi\u015ftirildi ve \u00e7apa sap\u0131 \u00e7evresinde yeniden derz dolgusu yap\u0131ld\u0131. Derz dolgusu ayarland\u0131ktan sonra, filtrenin t\u00fcm kat\u0131 gelecekte filtreye benzer bir zarar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in \u00e7ift epoksi kaplamal\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Epoksi kaplama kurudu\u011funda, yeni filtre nozullar\u0131n\u0131 takmadan \u00f6nce filtre zemininin durumunu ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in daha fazla inceleme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fckseltme boyunca, t\u00fcm 11.250 filtre nozullar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirildi. Yedek nozullar ince DMI-65\u00ae ortam i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in ince bir yuva aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 vard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Destekleyici kuvars filtre \u00e7ak\u0131l ve <a href=\"http:\/\/dmi65.com\/tr\/teknik\/nasil-calisir\/\">DMI-65\u00ae ortam<\/a>eklemeden \u00f6nce, memelerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in her filtrede bir havaland\u0131rma testi tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve filtre alan\u0131 boyunca e\u015fit bir hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin.<\/p>\n<p>Filtre memelerini ince ortamlar nedeniyle olas\u0131 t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klardan korumak i\u00e7in filtrelere 100mm&#8217;lik kaba kuvars filtre \u00e7ak\u0131l tabakas\u0131 eklendi. DMI-65\u00ae 600mm tabakas\u0131 daha sonra yeterli filtrasyon yatak derinli\u011fi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in eklendi, backwash d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortam kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in 400mm freeboard i\u00e7in izin.<\/p>\n<p>Filtreler daha sonra su ile dolduruldu ve DMI-65\u00ae ortam\u0131n\u0131 etkinle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in 200L s\u0131v\u0131 klor (y\u00fczde 12,5) ile doldurulmu\u015f. Klor \u00e7\u00f6zeltisini ta\u015fman\u0131n \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7en su netle\u015fene kadar y\u0131kamak i\u00e7in be\u015f ya da alt\u0131 devir geri y\u0131kama gerekliydi.
