{"id":9241,"date":"2020-06-30T18:56:58","date_gmt":"2020-06-30T10:56:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dmi65.com\/industri\/pengolahan-air-untuk-pembangkit-listrik\/"},"modified":"2020-06-30T18:57:03","modified_gmt":"2020-06-30T10:57:03","slug":"pengolahan-air-untuk-pembangkit-listrik","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dmi65.com\/id\/industri\/pengolahan-air-untuk-pembangkit-listrik\/","title":{"rendered":"Pengolahan air untuk pembangkit listrik"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1593503585420{margin-top: 15px !important;margin-bottom: 15px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>Pengolahan air untuk pembangkit listrik:<\/strong> Pada bulan Januari 2016 Quantum filtrasi medium melakukan serangkaian kunjungan lapangan untuk menilai pilihan untuk meningkatkan instalasi pengolahan air yang memasok air ke pembangkit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.edra.energy\/photo-gallery\/kuala-langat-power-plant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">listrik Kuala Langat (KLPP)<\/a>. Tujuannya adalah untuk menyoroti pilihan biaya rendah dengan dampak rendah pada servis tanaman untuk meningkatkan kinerja pabrik, efisiensi dan keandalan, dan kemampuan untuk mengatasi perubahan beban musiman yang dialami dalam pasokan air baku.<\/p>\n<p>Operasi KLPP telah dimulai sejak 1996 menggunakan turbin gas siklus gabungan dan tanaman saat ini memberikan kontribusi 675MW kapasitas pembangkit listrik ke grid. Kemampuan pabrik untuk memasok listrik ke grid sesuai dengan kewajibannya di bawah Perjanjian Pembelian daya tergantung pada sejumlah faktor termasuk pasokan air bersih yang handal untuk tujuan pendinginan. Rerata, KLPP menarik 20.000 meter kubik air yang dirawat untuk operasi sehari-hari. Untuk operasi yang optimal dan kehidupan tanaman, air harus sebersih mungkin dengan rendahnya kandungan zat organik atau anorganik yang akan berdampak pada operasi pabrik.<\/p>\n<p>Ada empat area utama tanaman di mana potensi perbaikan yang cukup besar diidentifikasi.<br \/>\n\u2022 Kemungkinan menambahkan air Bore ke pasokan air baku<br \/>\n\u2022 Klarifikasi air baku sebelum memasuki pabrik<br \/>\n\u2022 Optimalisasi program Dosing flocculent\/polimer (tipe Inc dan tingkat Dosing)<br \/>\n\u2022 Mengubah media di filter pasir yang cepat menjadi DMI65\u00ae[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1593503610377{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>BORE WATER ADDITION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was suggested that the area surrounding the plant be assessed for suitability and potential quality and quantity of several bores to add to the plant raw water supply. The addition of bores would not only provide greater flexibility in terms of seasonal blending with river water to ensure sufficient quantities of water in the dry season, could also be used to lower suspended solids and turbidity loadings on the plant during the wet season.<\/p>\n<p>There is a likelihood that there will be traces of iron and manganese in the bore water, but the use of DMI65 filtration media will remove this and provide an improvement to the usual mechanical filtration duties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLARIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The high turbidity and suspended solids levels in the raw water could be greatly reduced by clarification prior to entering the water treatment plant. The existing plant is fixed in size and capacity, however a pre-clarification stage will dramatically reduce the load on the current plant.<\/p>\n<p>A traditional clarifier and upstream floc\/polymer dosing system to handle 1ML\/hr would cost well over USD $1M and take up a considerable land area to install and was therefore not practical in this case. With a very low retention time this type of system would also require very high chemical usage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POLYMER OPTIMISATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A range of polymer samples were supplied during the site visit. Jar testing has been carried out using the range of samples and highlighted a particular polymer most suited to this raw water. A local polymer supply company is able to supply a very similar product in powdered form and at a very reasonable price that would suit the mixing\/batching system mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEDIA CHANGE-OUT IN RAPID SAND FILTERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During our visit one of the rapid sand filters was drained for inspection. The sand in the filters has never been changed and is now very hard-packed and is in need of replacement. The filter was filled whilst we were watching and the infiltration rate of the incoming water was very poor with most of the water just flowing across over the top of the sand and down through cracks in the hard packed sand rather than down through it. We proposed to replace the media with <a href=\"http:\/\/dmi65.com\/id\/teknis\/bagaimana-itu-bekerja\/\">DMI65\u00ae filtration media<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The DMI65 will remove the existing and cope with any rise in iron or manganese levels that can be encountered in raw water sources with varying quality. The DMI65 requires a low level of free chlorine (0.2-0.3mg\/L) to activate the media. This is easily achieved as it only requires moving of the existing chlorine dosing point to just prior to the media filters. The chlorine residual will remain and still act as disinfection for the treated water lagoon.<\/p>\n<p>The DMI65\u00ae also provides the perfect filtration coefficient resulting in excellent mechanical filtration lowering suspended solids and turbidity levels.<\/p>\n<p>The addition of the DMI media and replacement of the filtration nozzles improved not only the quality of water from the media filters, but also the quantity of water through the filters.<\/p>\n<p>Sample Results<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9046\" src=\"http:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Lagoons.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"499\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Lagoons.jpg 1780w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Lagoons-300x173.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Lagoons-1024x589.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Lagoons-768x442.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Lagoons-1536x884.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With a peak NTU of 1000 and an average inlet TSS of 286 you can see that the outlet of lagoon B has been maintained generally around 80 NTU with an average of 86 NTU.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OVERALL PLANT OUTPUT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The results from the plant post media filters after the replacement of the old sand media with the new DMI65 media have been consistently excellent.<\/p>\n<p>The expected results from the media filters after the upgrade were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TSS &lt; 5mg\/L<\/li>\n<li>Turbidity &lt; 2 NTU<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sample Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Media Filter Performance &#8211; NTU In Vs Out<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9057\" src=\"http:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/DMIFilters.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/DMIFilters.jpg 1568w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/DMIFilters-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/DMIFilters-1024x569.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/DMIFilters-768x427.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dmi65.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/DMIFilters-1536x854.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Summary<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantum believes that the upgrade has been a success, addressing the main objectives of the upgrade with excellent results.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;]<blockquote class=\"text-big shortcode-blockquote block-style-widget\"><p>George Municipal Water Works, Afrika Selatan, menggunakan lebih dari 550 metrik ton DMI-65\u00ae. George air sangat berwarna mengandung asam humat dan Fulvic \u2013 warna air baku adalah approx. 800 unit warna PtCo. Jenis air ini diyakini menjadi salah satu yang paling sulit untuk menyaring. Penghapusan besi sangat efektif terlepas dari pH. Besi residu tertinggi ditemukan adalah 0,01 mg\/L. Penghapusan mangan juga sangat efisien. Sisa tertinggi mangan ditemukan adalah 0,06 mg\/l MN yang terbaik dihapus pada pH 8 yang lebih tinggi. Manfaat tambahan dari aluminium removal bahkan pada pH yang lebih tinggi. Turbiditas tertinggi yang tercatat adalah 0,06 NTU. Menurut tes laboratorium kami, warna tertinggi adalah 4 mg\/l PtCo tetapi sebagian besar waktu warna lebih rendah dari warna air suling dibeli dari apotek di George. Tanaman telah berjalan sejak awal Januari 2007 dan terus memiliki hasil yang sangat baik. George Municipal Water Works, menggunakan DMI-65\u00ae filter media yang sama selama lebih dari 13 tahun, tanpa kegagalan atau penurunan kinerja.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;]<blockquote class=\"text-big shortcode-blockquote block-style-widget\"><p>The Witbank Municipal Water Treatment Plant di Durban, Afrika Selatan terdiri dari 18 filter pasir cepat besar memanfaatkan 1200 ton media filter untuk menghilangkan besi dan mangan dari sumber air tanah lokal. Spesialis pengolahan air lokal dan DMI-65\u00ae agen, air Technologies Cape, menunjukkan kinerja dan biaya manfaat upgrade sistem untuk DMI-65\u00ae, dengan sukses Pilot Trial di 2018.
