Cela n\u00e9cessite l\u2019extraction de grandes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019eau. Les installations de traitement de l\u2019eau sur place doivent \u00eatre en mesure de produire suffisamment d\u2019impr\u00e9gnation pour se fondre avec d\u2019autres eaux sur place afin de produire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30 ML\/j d\u2019eau m\u00e9lang\u00e9e de qualit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e pour les rejets environnementaux des rivi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Filtration de l\u2019eau pour l\u2019usine du site minier<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Une usine <a href=\"http:\/\/dmi65.com\/fr\/solutions\/reverse-osmose-protection\/\">d\u2019osmose inverse<\/a> (RO) et un syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9traitement ultra-filtration (UF) fournis par Osmoflo traitent actuellement l\u2019eau de East Pit, un barrage de surface de grande capacit\u00e9. Cela permet de recycler l\u2019eau dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me avec l\u2019irrigation sur place. L\u2019eau n\u00e9cessitant un traitement comprend l\u2019eau qui s\u2019est accumul\u00e9e sur place (East Pit) et l\u2019eau pomp\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des travaux souterrains et ouverts des mines, ainsi que le ruissellement de surface des pr\u00e9cipitations qui fait son chemin vers East Pit \u00e0 partir du bassin versant du site. Les concentrations \u00e9lev\u00e9es de mangan\u00e8se semblables au fer ont tendance \u00e0 salir les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019ultrafiltration et d\u2019osmose inverse avec une boue noire qui peut restreindre le d\u00e9bit et les performances.<\/p>\n<p>Osmoflo utilise maintenant la technologie des supports de filtration de l\u2019eau connue sous le nom de DMI-65, un filtre catalytique con\u00e7u pour \u00e9liminer les fortes concentrations de mangan\u00e8se de l\u2019approvisionnement en eau d\u2019alimentation lorsqu\u2019il est exploit\u00e9 en pr\u00e9sence de chlore.
